Name each running order, then switch between them using the list. Changes save online to your team account. Wait for “Saved online” before closing. Download backup saves a copy of all orders to your browser’s download location, usually Downloads.

Open any order to edit it. PDF dates are recorded when you confirm an export. Past exports are not available here as downloadable files. To see changes saved by another browser, use Reload saved orders above.
Import schools from Excel
Reads only PM Sav’s Version. Review everything before creating orders; existing orders are kept.
1. Your day
Choose Junior, Senior or Mixed to apply its standard day times. Mixed uses Junior timings. Changing the day structure resets these times; school details and orders stay as entered.
These day milestones stay fixed. Rehearsal and performance timings calculate from school durations.
2. Schools and durations
Enter how many minutes each school needs. For example, 12 means 12 minutes, not a clock time. Performance + changeover includes the performance and the time needed to get ready for the next school.
Paste a school list
Adds schools to the running order you are editing. Paste one school name per line, or copy a single school-name column from Excel. Existing schools stay in place; duplicate names are skipped.
